Persian Dinner Masterclass with Solmaz
Join Solmaz on the 15th of August and learn to make your own Persian Feast, perfect to sit and enjoy before an evening of Fringe entertainment. 5-7.30pm
An evening with east PIZZAS, Sourdough Masterclass
Spend an evening with Roly, the chef behind east PIZZA, learning to make your own restaurant-quality sourdough pizzas and a sourdough starter of your own to take home. Friday 28th August, 6.30-8pm.
Field-to-Fork Wild Gnocchi Masterclass
Join us for our first Field-to-Fork cooking class: harvesting fresh ingredients grown at our Cyrenians Green Space Centre to create a fresh and vibrant Italian Meal. This event is taking place on Saturday 5th September from 10.30-2pm.
Pasta & Sugo Workshop with Daniela Forbes
Join chef, food stylist and educator Daniela Forbes for a relaxed, hands-on workshop celebrating one of the simplest and most joyful combinations in Italian cooking: fresh pasta and sugo. Monday 14th September or Monday 5th October, 6.30-8.30pm.
