Persian Vegan Cooking with Solmaz (27 September 2025)

Ghormeh Sabzi

27 Sep 2025

Flavour and Haver Cook School, 66/68 Jane Street, Edinburgh, EH6 5HG

£60 (concession £50)

Solmaz Eradat returns with a Vegan focussed Persian cooking class on Saturday 27 September from 10:30am - 2pm. Unable to attend this date? We have another in October.

This class will be plant based and suitable for vegans. In the class Solmaz will teach you to make the national dish of Iran: Ghormeh Sabzi, an Iranian herb stew made with dried limes and fenugreek. The Ghormeh sabzi will be served with rice and a classic Shirazi salad of cucumber and tomatoes.

For dessert, you will learn how to make some delicious pistachio and walnut cookies.

Come along, enjoy a relaxing and inspirational Saturday morning with us.

Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked!
