Looking to the future

The need for Cyrenians' work remains as urgent as ever. In the years ahead, we will continue to deliver relationship-based support that helps people find stability, while strengthening our efforts to influence the systems, policies and decisions that shape people's lives.

Guided by lived experience and working alongside partners across Scotland, we will keep making the case for earlier intervention, greater investment in prevention and a sustained national commitment to ending homelessness. Because while homelessness is preventable, preventing it requires all of us to act.

And we are not acting alone.

Every day, volunteers, supporters, fundraisers, businesses and communities across Scotland stand alongside us, helping make this work possible. In 2025/26:

  • 337 volunteers gave an extraordinary 66,256 hours of their time.,
  • In addition 522 corporate volunteers contributed more than 2,200 hours supporting our Felix Depot, Linburn Walled Garden, and Green Skills Centre.
  • Meanwhile, 135 incredible people went the extra mile running a combined 457km, cycling 17,695km and abseiling 2,795 feet to support Cyrenians' work.

Together, they are helping to create the conditions in which people can build resilience strengthen relationships, and build brighter futures.

To everyone who gives their time, energy, skills and financial support: thank you. Your commitment helps us prevent homelessness, respond to crisis and work towards a Scotland where everyone can live a safe, stable and fulfilling life.
