Join chef, food stylist and educator Daniela Forbes for a relaxed, hands-on workshop celebrating one of the simplest and most joyful combinations in Italian cooking: fresh pasta and sugo. This masterclasses will take place at the Cyrenians Flavour and Havour Cook School from 6.30-8.30pm, on Monday 14th September and Monday 8th October.

With Italian roots and a love of uncomplicated, seasonal food, Daniela will guide you through making fresh pasta dough from scratch, before shaping and preparing pasta by hand.  Alongside this, you’ll learn how to make a delicious seasonal sauce to bring everything together into a meal worth sharing.

This workshop is designed to give you the confidence to recreate fresh pasta at home again and again –for a quick midweek supper or a special meal with family and friends.

Expect plenty of tips, hands-on cooking, relaxed conversation and, of course, a delicious meal to enjoy together. This event is BYOB, warm drinks and a light snack will be provided.
