Linburn Garden - Ruby Boots Summer Fun Days

Our Linburn Walled Garden team is collaborating with Forces Children Scotland's Ruby Boots Project to bring together children and young people from armed forces families who have experienced, or are about to go through the transition to civilian life.

Join the community for an afternoon outdoors, find a sense of belonging and get stuck in to activities with other young people and families.  

The historic walled garden includes a polytunnel, vegetable and kitchen gardens, sensory garden, raised beds, pond, wildflower maze, cut-flower area and open green space for outdoor games and group activities like axe throwing. 

Linburn Walled garden is accessible and also has plenty of places to sit and shelter in the event of rain.
