Falkirk Wellbeing Works

Wellbeing Works is a personalised wellbeing and confidence-building service for people facing barriers that are impacting their mental health, self-esteem, employability or ability to move forward in their lives. Based at the Community Learning Hub at Arnotdale House in Falkirk, the service provides one-to-one, strengths-based support that helps individuals identify goals, build resilience and develop practical strategies for positive change.

The service is particularly suited to individuals experiencing low confidence, poor mental wellbeing, social isolation, anxiety, trauma-related challenges or difficulty engaging with employment, training or community opportunities. Support is tailored to the individual, helping them build self-awareness, improve coping strategies and increase participation in everyday life.

Wellbeing Works can complement employability, justice, housing and health interventions by addressing underlying personal barriers that may prevent individuals from progressing towards their goals. The service adopts a relationship-based approach and focuses on sustainable outcomes rather than crisis intervention.

Referrals are made through the Employability Training Unit.
