Scottish Frontline Network

Connecting and Supporting Homelessness Professionals

The Scottish Frontline Network is a national community for people working in homelessness services across Scotland. Delivered by Cyrenians as part of the wider Frontline Network supported by St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity, it provides opportunities for frontline staff to connect, share learning, and influence policy and practice.

The network brings together professionals from across the homelessness sector to discuss common challenges, identify emerging issues and share solutions that improve outcomes for the people they support. Through events, workshops, learning opportunities and peer connections, members can learn from colleagues across Scotland while contributing their own expertise and experience.

By creating a space for collaboration and shared learning, the Scottish Frontline Network helps ensure that frontline perspectives are heard by organisations, policymakers and service leaders. The network also supports the development of resources, best practice guidance and professional connections that strengthen homelessness services locally and nationally.

Whether you are new to the sector or an experienced practitioner, the Scottish Frontline Network offers a valuable opportunity to stay informed, build relationships, influence change and be part of a wider movement working to end homelessness in Scotland.
