Falkirk Employability

Falkirk Employability supports individuals who face barriers to entering, returning to or sustaining employment. Delivered from the Community Learning Hub at Arnotdale House, the service combines employability support, skills development and personalised guidance to help participants move towards training, education and employment opportunities.

The service is particularly suitable for people who have experienced long-term unemployment, involvement with the justice system, low confidence, poor mental wellbeing or other barriers that affect employability. Support may include career planning, confidence building, training opportunities, accreditation, CV development and pathways into further learning or work.

Using a strengths-based approach, the project supports individuals to identify goals, develop practical skills and build the confidence needed to progress towards sustainable employment and greater independence.

Referrals are made through Falkirk Council Employability Training Unit.
