Youth Participation
Your voice matters. At Cyrenians, we create opportunities for young people to share their experiences, influence decisions and help shape the services, activities and communities that affect their lives.
As part of our commitment to Keep the Promise, our Youth Participation Lead works alongside young people across the organisation, supporting them to have their views heard and take an active role in creating change. Whether it's contributing ideas, taking part in projects, influencing policy or helping design new activities, young people's experiences and perspectives are at the heart of the work we do.
We provide safe, supportive and creative spaces where young people can build confidence, learn new skills and connect with others. Through workshops, training and participation activities, young people are supported to speak up about the issues that matter most to them and help shape the way services are delivered.
The programme is co-designed with young people, meaning activities are led by their interests, priorities and ideas. By getting involved, young people can develop their confidence, leadership skills and ability to influence change, while helping make a positive difference for others.
If you're a young person who wants to make your voice heard, meet new people and help shape the future of your community, we'd love to hear from you.
