All in For Change
All in for Change is a national movement that brings together people with lived experience of homelessness and frontline workers to influence how homelessness services and policies are developed across Scotland. The programme was created to help bridge the gap between decisions made at a national level and the real experiences of people affected by homelessness.
At the heart of All in for Change is the Change Team, a group of people from across Scotland who use their personal and professional experience to help shape policy, challenge barriers, and improve homelessness services. Members have opportunities to take part in consultations, research projects, events and discussions with decision-makers, ensuring that lived experience remains central to the conversation about ending homelessness.
Working in partnership with Homeless Network Scotland, Cyrenians and the Scottish Community Development Centre, All in for Change creates meaningful opportunities for people to share their experiences and contribute to long-term change. The project is built on the belief that the best solutions come from listening to those who have direct experience of homelessness and acting on what they tell us.
Whether you have experienced homelessness in the past or are currently navigating homelessness services, your voice, insights and ideas can help shape a fairer system for everyone.
