Homeless Navigator Project

Our Homeless Navigator Project supports people experiencing street homelessness in Edinburgh city centre. Through proactive, person-centred outreach, our Navigators build trusted relationships with individuals who may be sleeping rough or facing barriers to accessing support. The project works alongside people at their own pace, helping them identify the changes they want to make and the support they need to move forward.

Our team provides practical support with housing, health and wellbeing, while also helping people connect with services that can improve their long-term stability. This may include support to access accommodation, healthcare, benefits, banking services or other vital resources. Every person's circumstances are different, so support is tailored to the individual rather than following a fixed programme.

If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough, the Homeless Navigator Project can help ensure they are connected with the right support. By offering consistent, compassionate and long-term engagement, we help people experiencing homelessness take meaningful steps towards safer, more stable futures.
