Home From Prison

Having a family member in prison can put significant strain on relationships and create uncertainty about the future. Cyrenians' Home From Prison Project works with individuals in HMP Polmont and their families to help maintain important family connections and reduce the risk of homelessness when someone leaves prison.

Our team provides practical and emotional support to help families stay connected during a period that can be difficult for everyone involved. We work alongside individuals and their loved ones to strengthen relationships, improve communication and prepare for life after release.

By supporting families to stay connected and plan ahead, we help create stronger foundations for a successful return to the community.
