Falkirk YAS
If you're aged 16-24 and feeling isolated, lacking confidence, or finding it difficult to connect with others, our Young Adult Support (YAS) project can help.
YAS offers a supportive and welcoming space where young people can build confidence, develop new skills, make friends and become more connected to their local community. Over a 10-week programme, you'll have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities, including days out, social events, learning opportunities and new experiences, all designed to help you grow in confidence and meet other young people.
We understand that joining a group can feel daunting. That's why we also offer one-to-one support to help build trust, confidence and self-belief before taking part in group activities. We work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
Through YAS, you can also work towards accredited learning in areas such as communication, life skills, active citizenship and mental health, helping you develop skills that can support your future goals.
Based at Cyrenians' Community Learning Hub in Falkirk, YAS is part of a wider network of community-based support that helps people build meaningful connections and develop the confidence to thrive.
