Creative Natives

Creative Natives is a free, welcoming creative space for young people aged 14-24 in Edinburgh who want to build confidence, develop new skills and connect with others through creativity. Based in a working art and design studio at St Margaret's House, the project offers a supportive environment where young people can explore their interests, express themselves and try new things.

Whether you're already passionate about art and design or simply curious to learn, Creative Natives helps you develop skills in areas such as photography, painting, drawing, graphic design, filmmaking, web design and more. The focus is on supporting you to lead your own projects, discover your strengths and build confidence at your own pace.

Supported by experienced keyworkers, artists and volunteers, Creative Natives provides a safe and inclusive space to meet people, explore ideas and gain valuable skills for the future. Young people can also receive support to build portfolios, develop CVs and create pathways into education, training or employment.

If you're looking for a place where your creativity can thrive and your ideas are valued, Creative Natives could be the perfect place to start. To find out more or get involved, contact Grantpringle@cyrenians.scot
