Healthy eating with Maria
Start the New Year with fresh inspiration in the kitchen. Join chef Maria Harper for a healthy cookery class designed for anyone looking to reset their habits, boost their energy, and make eating well feel easy and enjoyable.
Together, we’ll cook vibrant, nourishing dishes using seasonal ingredients, explore simple flavour combinations, and learn practical tips you can use every day. Whether your goal is to eat lighter, cook more at home, or simply feel better in the year ahead.
We will prepare two super salads, two dips, a soup and a beautiful savoury tart and you will get to try it all.
It’s hands-on, relaxed, and perfect for turning your New Year resolutions into something real and delicious. Come along and kickstart your healthiest year yet!
Money raised goes towards our work. Our work involves bringing people together to enjoy good food and good company, whilst working towards addressing food insecurity in a dignified way.
