Thai Supper Night (16 January 2026)

Thai Supper Night

16 Jan 2026

Flavour and Haver Cook School, 66/68 Jane Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3SP

£38 (children £19)

Ruzita will be back on 16 January 2026 (7pm - 9pm) to share the unique flavours of Thai cuisine. Ruzita hails from Singapore that is a melting pot of food cultures drawing from Thai, Malay, Chinese, Indian and indigenous traditions.

For this supper night she will draw upon the Thai food found in the famous street food markets of Singapore such as fish cakes, Tom Yum soup, Thai green curry, Thai basil beef, stir fried long/snake beans and glutinous rice with mango and creamy coconut sauce.

When purchasing a ticket please be aware that the food you will experience will be amazing, but will also contain allergens especially shellfish, fish, sesame, soy and nuts. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate individual dietaries, if you are allergic to these foodstuffs this supper night may be unsuitable for you.
