Originally from Austria, Veronika started her career in executive search at Spencer Stuart Vienna. She then moved to New York City where she worked in a variety of Organisational Development and HR roles mainly in the financial services industry for 10 years.

In 2012 Veronika moved to the UK and joined Edrington, Scotland’s leading independent premium spirits company, as Head of Organisational Development before becoming Global HR Director in 2015. In her current role she leads the people agenda for Edrington’s 3250 employees, including wholly owned and joint venture companies in over 30 offices. Veronika holds an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a post master’s certificate in organisational development from The New School University in NYC. Veronika joined Cyrenians as a Trustee in December 2019.
