Ann's Story

Meet Ann, a client from Cyrenians OPAL (Opportunities for Active Lives) in Bathgate who was paired up with Mar, one of OPAL’s Service Support Assistants.

“The day you walked into my life, was the day my life started changing…"

After becoming isolated while looking after her husband through long term illness, Ann was referred to OPAL and with Mar's help, day by day, little by little, she was able to rejoin the community around her and rediscover the person she left behind.
