About the Property Team
Our Property Team looks after Cyrenians’ brick & mortar; we look after a range of properties including office spaces, residential accommodation and commercial properties. The Property Team take care of the properties’ needs to ensure our services can continue to run smoothly. We are a small but ambitious Property Team that has achieved substantial goals in the past 12 months, and we are looking for a new property coordinator to support us continue our great work!
About the role
Our property coordinator is the first point of contact for all property related enquiries. This means the role is fast paced and varied, with no two days the same.
Your main duties will include:
• Coordinating all repairs and maintenance across all Cyrenians properties
• Liaising with our tenants, our contractors, and suppliers
• Be involved in regular property inspections
• Maintain and continue to build our internal databases
About you
You will have experience in providing ongoing and daily administrative support. You should also be:
• Highly organised and detail focused
• Flexible and able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
• Approachable and skilled at building relationships with a range of stakeholders
