Argentinian Cooking with Maria Harper
Come and enjoy a morning learning to make Argentinian empanadas (fish and vegetable) and a selection of salsas with Maria from Edinburgh Canape Company.
Empanadas are a type of baked or fried pastries with a variety of fillings. Empanadas were originally taken from European immigrants from Galicia, Spain, but later modified with local ingredients and now enjoyed all over Argentina.
