Singaporean Street Food with Ruzita (26 July 2025)

Come and enjoy an exciting morning with Ruzita learning to make authentic Singaporean street food on 26 July 2025 from 11am - 3pm.
Ruzita will demonstrate the proper way to make peanut satay and the condiments that accompany it. Traditionally satay is cooked on a BBQ and weather permitting we will do this. You will have a chance to learn how to make Ruzita’s famous curry puffs and a delicious traditional Laksa.
Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked with the smells of BBQ going!
Please note that whilst we endeavour to accommodate all dietaries in this class we will use ingredients such as shellfish, fish, sesame, soy and nuts and so may not unfortunately be suitable for you if you are allergic to these ingredients.
Concession tickets
Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired. We ask that all guests under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.
