Chinese Dumplings with Shuxin (1 March 2025)

Another date added! Join Shuxin and learn how to make delicious dumplings on Saturday 1 March 2025 from 11am - 2:30pm. 

Celebrate Chinese New Year and the year of the snake by spending a fun filled morning with us learning how to make delicious Chinese dumplings. You will learn to make the dumpling wrappers and then how to expertly fill and shape them. We will make both a vegetarian and a meat version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian.  

A light lunch is included.

Concession tickets

Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired.

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
