Mates & Meals

Mates & Meals is a group for people age 60+ to meet once a month in a local restaurant and enjoy a meal together while forming new friendships or rekindling old ones.

The group meets every second Tuesday of each month, at a chosen restaurant in West Lothian.

Please contact OPAL for restaurant information and to reserve your place. You will need to pay for your own meal.
