Judith joined Cyrenians in 2025, bringing extensive experience from across the private, public and third sectors. Having honed her early marketing skills at Visit Scotland, Judith moved onto the private sector and Tesco Bank, where she spent 12 years leading teams of varying sizes and locations to deliver commercial and marketing remits for two UK-wide products.
In 2020, Judith realised a long-term ambition to move into the third sector, joining Age Scotland and while there, she committed to incorporating fundraising into her skillset. The move to Alzheimer Scotland enabled Judith to combine marketing, fundraising and leadership to head up the fundraising & engagement team.
This combined experience, together with her approach to building and sustaining collaborative relationships, positions Judith well to lead Cyrenians’ income generation, marketing and communications team.
Judith’s experience is underpinned by a range of qualifications across marketing, language and fundraising and current membership of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. She is also passionate about the Cyrenians values of compassion, respect, integrity and innovation.
Judith is an advocate for work-life balance, enabling her to be present for her two sons. Judith is also Chair of the local Scout Group.
