Jason MacGilp is Chief Executive of Blackwood Homes & Care and was previously Deputy CEO at Govan Housing Group, a community-based housing association in Glasgow.  Previously, he was the Chief Executive for 12 years at Cairn Housing Group which provides 4,500 affordable rented homes throughout Scotland.

Jason has many years' experience working in senior roles for housing associations and local government, including roles as a Board Member with other housing associations and has also previously served on the Board of Changeworks.
