Chinese Dumplings with Shuxin (1 February 2025)

Looking for an early Valentine's Day gift? Join Shuxin and learn how to make delicious dumplings on Saturday 1 February 2025 from 11am - 2:30pm. 

Come and spend a fun filled morning with us learning how to make delicious Chinese dumplings. You will learn to make the dumpling wrappers and then how to expertly fill and shape them. We will make both a vegetarian and a meat version, you can make some of each or choose just one filling to make if vegetarian.  

A light lunch is included. 

Concession tickets

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
