Singaporean Supper Night (19 September 2025)

Singaporean Supper Night 2

19 Sep 2025

Coffee Saints, 2a Little King St, Edinburgh, EH1 3SP

£38 (children £19)

Interested in trying authentic Singaporean food? Join Ruzita, previously one of the hosts from our sell-out Malaysian Supper Nights, for an evening with delicious food! Taking place on Friday 19 September 2025 from 7pm to 9pm.

Unable to attend this date? We have another in May.

Ruzita returns following the sell-out Malaysian Supper Night in February to share the unique flavours of Singaporean cuisine. Taking you through the vibrant flavours of her heritage, where food is a daily celebration and draws from the country’s diverse cultural influences from Malay, Chinese, Indian and indigenous traditions.

Singaporean food is synonymous with spicy, although not necessarily “spicy hot”, using the essential ingredients in many dishes – rice and coconut (each in various forms), coconut sugar, chilli, tamarind and in some cases shrimp paste and a plethora of spices and herbs – especially pandan, the aromatic, sweet herb used in both savoury and sweet dishes.

Experience the unique flavours of Singaporean cuisine in the magical creations of Ruzita. Savour firm favourites like potato curry puffs, fried tofu & peanut sauce, beef dalcha, Singapore laksa and lots more. Your chance to enjoy a cuisine that has been very underrepresented in Scotland. Ruzita promises you a supper you will never forget – in a very good way!

Please note that whilst we endeavour to accommodate all dietaries at this event, we will use ingredients such as shellfish, fish, sesame, soy, nuts and so may not unfortunately be suitable for you if you are allergic to these ingredients.
