Celebrate Persian New Year with Solmaz Eradat on Saturday 5 April from 10:30am - 2pm, with another of her fabulous Persian cooking classes.

In this class she will teach you how to make a delicious two course Persian menu that is perfect for celebrating the Persian New Year (Nowrouz) and the start of spring 🌱.

Come along and enjoy a relaxing and inspirational Saturday morning with us, as Solmaz teaches you how to make a Kookoo Sabzi, followed by a Sabzi Polo and fried fish accompanied by a Shirazi salad (cucumber & tomato). The recipes can be made vegetarian and vegan depending on your dietary requirements.

Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked!

Concession tickets

Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired. We ask that all guests under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.

About our events

Location

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
