Youth Participation Lead

£27,653 – £30,380 per annum, plus pension (pro rata for part time)

About the project

Our Youth Participation Lead forms part of our commitment to #KeepThePromise, and will work alongside young people and our staff teams to support our commitment to being Psychologically Informed in all aspects of our work.   

About the role

You’ll be empowered to create innovative, inclusive opportunities to engage with young people individually and in groups, online and in-person.  You’ll work directly alongside them to build their self-confidence, and create spaces for young people to tell us what they want, how we are doing, and what changes they want to see.  Working within our Policy and Participation team, you will also amplify the voice of young people in our policy work.  

About you

You will be an outgoing, pro-active and approachable person who enjoys working with young people. You will be committed to promoting inclusion and passionate about developing participatory and innovate ways of working.
