£39,219 – £44,251, plus pension
This is a new post being created within the Senior Management Team as a result of recent organisational growth. The Senior Service Manager for our Health and Wellbeing services will work alongside a small team of senior managers to support the organisation in the development and delivery of the strategic plan, helping create the culture and practice which ensure we have the best possible impact for those we support.
The Senior Service Manager will provide expertise to our services which support older and younger people to build connections and promote positive health and wellbeing. We provide support to enable people to build resilience, helping them to reach or maintain a level of wellbeing that allows them to fully engage with their life and community.
This role requires proven and demonstrable competence in a similar senior management role, providing strong values-based leadership, experience of working with a range of stakeholders across sectors and the ability to manage a varied workload to ensure that operational delivery is compliant and clearly aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation.
You will be approachable, proactive, resilient and an excellent communicator with the ability to nurture internal and external relationships. You will have the ability to think strategically with a strong track record in growing and developing relationship-based services.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have significant proven experience in a senior management role with a health and wellbeing focus, be motivated by our cause and have the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians’ values of compassion, respect, integrity and innovation in the work that you do.
