Walk the Kiltwalk to Raise Funds for Cyrenians
It's time to get your boots on to help us end homelessness in Scotland.
Tackling homelessness has been at the heart of what we do for over 50 years, and this September we are asking for your help. We want you to walk 24, 15.5 or 5 miles as part of the Edinburgh Kiltwalk, raising vital funds to help us deliver sustainable solutions for homelessness.
The Kiltwalk has grown over the last few years to become one of Scotland's biggest fundraising events, raising over £5 million for local causes last year. The Edinburgh Kiltwalk takes place on the 15th September, and we'd love you to join #TeamCyrenians. Last year we journeyed with almost 6,000 people facing tough realities; by walking with us and raising funds you will help us to support even more people in need in Scotland.
- The Mighty Stride - The biggest challenge, The Mighty Stride is a 24 mile walk, starting in Holyrood park and ending at Murrayfield Stadium
- The Big Stroll - The intermediate option, The Big Stroll is 15.5 miles, from Musselburgh to Murrayfield.
- The Wee Wander - Suitable for the whole family, the Wee Wander is 5 miles long, taking a route from Gypsy Brae to Murrayfield.
Not only is the Kiltwalk a great way to challenge yourself, it is also a fun way to raise money for an important cause. Most importantly, the Kiltwalk will add an extra 40% to the amount you raise - so for every £100 you raise we receive £140. So go on, sign up today!
We have a limited number of free places available for Cyrenains' supporters. To register your interest in taking part in the Kiltwalk and reserve your spot in #TeamCyrenians just click the link below, fill in the short form and someone from our team will be in touch. See you at the start line!
