Here at Cyrenians we believe that there are many factors that contribute to a healthy mind, two of those are good food and exercise. We are therefore going to combine the two for our 'New Year, New You' challenge! Help us clock up over 3,352 sponsored miles (equivalent to the number of people who journeyed with us last year) by walking, running, cycling, swimming or rowing so we can provide support when and where it's needed most.
How are we going to achieve this?
By running, cycling and walking our way to success! We are looking for individuals or teams of people to sign up to the events listed and help us reach our total by December 2017. This is a great opportunity to fulfil your New Year’s resolution or perhaps you are looking for a corporate team activity to be involved in? There are a wide range of challenges available from a fun run to taking part in the Spartan challenge and our dedicated fundraising team can help you through the fundraising process.
Along the way we will be highlighting success stories from the charity along with your progress to encourage you to pick up those running shoes and keep on track!
