Chinese Dumplings with Shuxin (17 February)

Back by popular demand, join Shuxin and learn how to make delicious dumplings on Saturday 17 February from 11am - 2:30pm. 

Come and celebrate Chinese New Year and the year of The Dragon by spending a fun filled morning with us learning how to make delicious Chinese dumplings.

You will learn to make the dumpling wrappers and then how to expertly fill and shape them. We will make both a vegetarian and a meat version. A light lunch is included. 

Concession tickets

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
