Introduction To Chocolate with Nadia Williams of Thinking Chocolate

Immerse yourself in the luxury world of chocolate, in a session led by Nadia Williams. The event takes place on Saturday 21 October, 10am - 2:30pm in Chocolate Week (16 - 22 October), so join us to celebrate everyone’s favourite treat by learning to make your own delicious bespoke chocolates.
You will be led through a tasting exploration, sampling various chocolate styles before turning your own hand to the craft.
Nadia will guide you through tempering chocolate, making a ganache, and working with the different complex flavours to create your perfect sweet treat.
By the end of the day, you will have created your very own selection of handmade chocolates including piped chocolates, hand rolled, mendiants, palets and hand-dipped. You will be able to package your chocolates to give as a gift to someone or keep them all to yourself!
Spaces are limited, so book now to avoid delay - a light lunch and all ingredients/packaging are included in your ticket price.
