Forget Me Not Café with OPAL Borders and Alzheimer's Scotland

Forget Me Not Cafe with OPAL Borders and Alzheimer's Scotland meets monthly at Wilkie Gardens Galashiels.  The group offers a chance for folks 60+ who are living with dementia and for those caring for people with dementia to socialise and take part in various activities. 

Groups are free to attend.  There’s no need to reserve your place – just come along on the day!
