Have you ever fancied learning how to bake with yeast?
In this class you’ll make Scandi cinnamon buns, roast pepper focaccia and a beetroot and caraway seed soda bread. The class will be held at our Leith-based cook school and will be led by our Leiths-trained pastry chef Sue O’Neill-Berest. You will take home everything you make so bring lots of Tupperware.
Our cooking classes are a Cyrenians social enterprise which supports our work changing lives through food. This includes a range of classes helping people to cook healthily and economically and a network of community cook clubs.
Tickets are £40. This includes all the ingredients and the money we raise from these classes supports the work we do with people taking the first steps on their own food journeys.
