Cyrenians Cook-Off 2017 featured five of Scotland’s most respected chefs battling it out to serve their most incredible food.
A massive thank you to everyone who attended the event, which t ook place on Friday 27th October at the Apex International Hotel, Grassmarket, Edinburgh.
With your support and generosity, we were able to raise an incredible £24,000, making this the most successful year yet for the cook-off! This money will allow us to continue to journey with over 3,630 people a year.
Also, a huge thanks to all the chefs, staff and volunteers who made this evening possible. We couldn’t have done it without you!
The evening’s winner was Pedro Barreira from the Dalmahoy Hotel, with his scallops in a champagne foam dish.
